One of our experienced and professional property managers will be assigned to your property, and this one agent will deal with all things relating to your property – from answering all your requests, to liaising with tradesmen, and of course, all correspondence with your tenants. We will represent you at all VCAT hearings. The continuity of service will ensure no stone is unturned and nothing gets missed.

We have some of the strictest application criteria for potential tenants. We want to put the best person into your property, and won’t enter an agreement with anyone who doesn’t fit our rigorous standards. We will guide you through the application selection process and, in conjunction with you; we select a tenant who would be best suited for you and your property.

We offer all clients a professional property management service at a competitively priced flat rate of $99 (p/month) with no hidden costs. This is significantly lower than the industry benchmark. The transparency of our fee structure allows you to plan your budget in your investment strategy, and cushion your pockets for the future
