Our fees are fixed,  no hidden charges or percentages.

Funds For Property Maintenance & Repairs

If any urgent or non-urgent repair needs arise, the landlord is consulted with the issue and an estimated cost of repairs. Once approved by the landlord, only then will repairs be carried out.

All our trades people are industry licensed and insured, professionally ready to conduct works on your property.

  We do  not charge additional fees for managing repairs, this is included in the monthly fee.

  • Professional photos & digital editing.

  • Two weekly open for inspections (Wednesday / Thursday or Saturday). 
  • Detailed condition report.

  • REIV Lease agreement contracts.

  • Processing of monthly rent payment.
  • Managing any property repairs & or light renovations.
  • Managing urgent repairs.
  • Tenant inspections twice yearly (first inspection is at 3 months, then at 6 month intervals).
  • Prepare digital inspection reports, land lords access these with online logins.
  • All reporting is available via an online access.
  • Monthly statements provided by email.

– Arrange (as Client’s agent) for appropriate contractor(s) to carry out *periodic inspection of plumbing fixtures and fittings

 

– Arrange (as Client’s agent) for appropriate contractor(s) to carry out *periodic inspection of electrical fixtures and fittings

To gauge the response from the marketplace against the effectiveness of your advertising we run weekly open for inspections. Depending on the response from market, we could run two open for inspections per week. 

This is a great opportunity to showcase your property to potential tenants and more importantly meet them.
